1:1 Employment Counselling
- The need
- People facing barriers like financial hardship, disability and limited work experience need individualized support to move toward sustainable employment.
- What I do
- Since November 2025, I've delivered individualized employment services under Ontario's IES program, including Ways2Work and Women2Work. I lead intake and employability assessments, build action plans with each person, and keep detailed case records in CaMS and ESCases.
- Result
- A caseload of 250+ clients, a 100% client satisfaction rate in one year, and a 5-star rating in 2025.

Supporting Diverse Communities
I support newcomers, youth, people living with disabilities, people living in poverty, and people rebuilding after incarceration. That means recognizing the barriers each group faces, from credential recognition and limited Canadian experience to transportation costs and disclosure concerns, and connecting people with partners like Ontario Works, CMHA, Community Living, Torchlight and the John Howard Society.
